Peter Atkinson is head of AFR’s Trust Department.  He has particular expertise in non-contentious trust matters and has been recommended by Legal 500 for his corporate trust work.  Peter also holds a personal Fiduciary Licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Mark Ferbrache and Paul Richardson focus on contentious trust work.  Since the introduction of the new Trust Law we have seen more clients seeking advice in relation to possible contentious trust matters.  Both Mark and Paul are members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
