It is not uncommon for the more expensive dwellings in Guernsey to change hands by transferring the shares in an owning company.  We are used to dealing with such transactions and frequently advise either the vendor or purchaser on the terms of the sale and purchase agreement on the under-lying property and all legal issues which arise out of the transaction.
