Bonds and security advice

The taking of charges over real property in Guernsey (Bonds) is a matter upon which we frequently advise either the lender or the borrower.  We customarily carry out property searches in connection with the registration of Bonds, and can also advise on the cancellation or variation of any Bond which has already been registered.

With regard to other security, we can advise on the taking of security over shares, investment portfolios and other asset classes.
