AFR is extremely experienced in representing all medical professionals within clinical dispute litigation. Advocate Paul Richardson, a partner of the firm, heads the professional negligence team exclusively representing the members of the MDU (Medical Defence Union), and the MDDUS (Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland).  AFR has been involved in many high profile on island clinical negligence cases and is recognised as a firm that delivers successful results for union members.
