The commercial team comprises a team of lawyers with considerable experience across a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate law.

Consultant Peter Atkinson, associates Michael Sproule, Peter Stahelin and Michael McKean, with their extensive expertise in all aspects of commercial law, form AFR’s commercial team, together with associate, Elizabeth Robinson, who focuses on company law. 

Mark Ferbrache, Senior Partner, also supports the commercial team.  Mark is a long-standing Committee Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
