The commercial team is led by Peter Atkinson, Senior Partner.  Peter has almost 30 years’ experience in this area and has been recommended by Legal 500 for his corporate trust work.

Peter is supported by Mark Ferbrache, Managing Partner, who is a long-standing Committee Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Mark is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.

Solicitors Michael Sproule and Michael McKean, with their considerable expertise in all aspects of commercial law, also form an integral part of the commercial team.  They are supported by Elizabeth Robinson, a barrister, who focuses on company law.
