Glen was educated at the Guernsey Grammar School and obtained his degree from Manchester University.  He worked both as a teacher and within the finance industry for a number of years before re-training as a solicitor through the College of Law, Guildford.  Glen has worked within the legal sector since 2004 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007.

Glen focuses on litigation matters, including civil and commercial litigation and employment.
