Michael was formerly a partner with Wedlake Bell McKean, working both in the UK and Guernsey, and has many years’ experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a strong emphasis on trusts.  He is working as a consultant alongside corporate and commercial, trust and private client departments.

Michael is a member of the Law Society and STEP.

Michael is also the author of ‘McKean’s Practical Precedents’, and has contributed to both ‘Modern Wills Precedents’ and ‘Modern Conveyancing Precedents’.
